On the Waterfront

[edit]

Not to get too nitpicky, but the two line synopsis of On the Waterfront is wrong. It reads: about union violence and corruption among longshoremen. No, the film was about the control of the longshoremen's union by the mob, who were in fact the perpetrators of the violence. BiographyHound (talk) 00:49, 3 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The link to teti'aroa in the lifestyle section of his personal life links to Movita Castaneda, not teti'aroa. Shredderripjaw (talk) 19:41, 20 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

This (and the other link to it) both go to the right article for me. Can you identify the specific sentence where you see the incorrect link? LizardJr8 (talk) 03:51, 23 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Not done for now: Everything looks correct on my end, too. Closing this request for now at least. DrOrinScrivello (talk) 16:16, 24 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

this is confusing- can someone clear up the timeline here?

"In 1960, Brando married Movita Castaneda, a Mexican-American actress; the marriage was annulled in 1968, after it was discovered she was still legally married to her first husband Jack Doyle....... French actress Tarita Teriipaia, who played Brando's love interest in Mutiny on the Bounty, became his third wife on August 10, 1962."
